What is coaching?

Coaching creates a space for individuals to find answers to their questions.  Coaching is a less directive way of encouraging individuals to take responsibility for the change they want.

What is Parental Conflict Coaching?

PC coaching is an innovative approach to working with families where children are caught up in their parents' acrimonious relationships. PC coaching involves guiding individual parents through a proven and realistic process to find workable common ground for both parents in conflict. It assists parents in identifying and understanding the ways in which their behaviours and actions may affect their children. Additionally, it unlocks each parent's potential to see and understand each other's valid positions and points of view, even if they disagree with them.

Here is an explanation of my operational process.

As a Co-parenting and parental conflict coach, I use psycho-education and skill-building techniques to empower individuals to tap into their inner strength and overcome any challenges. My ultimate goal is to improve communication and promote healthy co-parenting relationships. It's important to note that I focus on guiding adults towards positive changes rather than children.

Uncover the Advantages of Parental Conflict Coaching.

Through PC coaching, parents become aware of possible triggers and unpleasant emotions they want to eliminate. They are able to find their path and inner strength to find sustainable solutions to perpetual problems. Parents become equipped to make the conscious decision to adapt their behaviours and attitudes in order to accomplish their primary goal.

PC coaching is highly effective for parents who can and are willing to adjust their behaviour and perspective, even if they haven't fully realised this potential yet.
