Co-Parenting Through Conflict
A 4 wk (2 hr2 per wk) Virtual Group Coaching Course
Service Description
This 4 wk (2 hrs per wk) virtual co-parenting workshop helps create a calmer, healthier environment for yourself and your children. Is co-parenting with your ex emotionally draining? Do you feel like you're doing all the work while your co-parent refuses to meet you halfway? You're not alone—and you're not powerless. 💬 What This Workshop Is About: This live, 4-week online workshop is designed to help you take back control of your co-parenting experience, even if the other parent is uncooperative, manipulative, or emotionally unavailable. Through practical strategies, real-life tools, and a supportive space, you’ll learn how to: ✅ Respond to conflict instead of reacting ✅ Communicate clearly—without fuelling arguments ✅ Set boundaries while staying child-focused ✅ Manage your emotional triggers ✅ Handle manipulation and provocation with confidence ✅ Demonstrate your commitment to co-parenting (for your own peace and legal settings) Whether you're just beginning to co-parent post-separation or you’ve been stuck in a high-conflict dynamic for years, this workshop will give you the clarity, structure, and support you need. Objectives and Expected Outcomes 1. Reduce Parental Conflict o Equip parents with strategies to de-escalate conflict and improve communication. o Focus on recognising destructive patterns and triggers. 2. Protect Children’s Well-Being o Raise awareness of the impact of conflict on children’s emotional and developmental outcomes. o Emphasise child-centred decision-making and consistent parenting approaches. 3. Build Co-Parenting Competency o Enable parents to develop constructive co-parenting or parallel parenting arrangements. o Provide frameworks for setting shared goals and resolving disputes with minimal stress to children. 4. Long-Term Conflict Prevention o Encourage ongoing reflection, accountability, and access to continued support. o Reduce the need for intensive, more costly interventions down the line (e.g., legal proceedings, repeated social care involvement).
